Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. But smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Pets not allowed.
I ask the courtesy not to sit with wet swimsuits on the bed....on the sofa....and on the cloth chairs. There is a risk that they can be indelibly Stained (the pool water contains Chlorine!)!
In case of stains, the relative costs of damages will be charged.
Guests are kindly asked to leave the pots, pans and dishes clean at the time of check out.
