Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very good contact with the owner who was always helpful and allowed us for early check in and Kate check out. Very nice views from the balconies. 2 bathrooms and overall spacious apartment. Comfortable bed in one of the sleeping rooms. A decent supermarket very close. Free concerts in Hard Rock hotel every evening.

Negative: The apartment definitely needs renovation, it smells a bit ugly, some furniture is really old. The towels had a damp smell too, some surfaces felt sticky and the fridge smelled fishy. Overall not what I expected. The swimming pool was closed which was not mentioned during the reservation. The owner allowed us to use the pool from the building nearby but that required a longer walk. The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. There are big problems parking a car anywhere around so if you plan to use a car, keep that in mind.
