Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is amazing and the hosts are incredible communicators. Everything was clear and easy to understand. Accessing the property and the unit was easy and they took a lot of "travel stress' away. They provide a shuttle from the airport that is very nice and convenient. The property itself feels very private but is in the middle of everything. There is a dipping pool that is very nice and there is a lot of seating outside.

Negative: When you drop this much money on a stay, you expect certain things. First of all, this is not a 4 person unit. There is a common room, bedroom, and bathroom. There is no door on the bedroom so there is no privacy if you have 4 people. There are no dressers or other places to unpack your things so you will be living out of suitcase the entire time. The bathroom was not good. There is no vanity. Just a sink on the wall. The shower is ok. The towels and linens are thin and cheap. If you have anyone staying next door in Unit 1, you might as well be staying with them. There is no insulation in the walls and we could clearly hear their conversations. Outside deck needs work. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The boards are not even and they flex when step on them. Serious tripping hazard. I've been coming to Key West for 25 years and have stayed in many, many places. This one missed the mark, overall.
