It features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a shower room, and a separate bedroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to three guests.
From the bedroom, double doors lead to a small balcony, offering a beautiful view toward the street and the ravine, with lush greenery rising above it. Thanks to its layout and size, this apartment is particularly well-suited for a longer holiday stay on Gran Canaria.
