Relax… You’re here. This luxury 3 bed, 2 bath gem sleeps up to 8 guests. The newly renovated house has a fabulous kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets and quarts counter tops. The kitchen exits through sliding door to an outdoor entertainment area with an outdoor patio with a BBQ and dining area as well as a fantastic hot tub spa. This band new 8-person hot tub is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach.
The master bedroom has a brand-new en suite bathroom and exits through sliding door onto a beautiful brand-new heated pool with an offset sun shelf. The sun shelf has a bubblier and is about 6” deep which makes it a perfect play area for small kids. The pool is simply HUGE spanning almost the whole back of the house. You can easily do laps in this fantastic 32 foot long 11-foot-wide pool.
The house spots brand new contemporary furniture throughout, new laundry, brand new TVs in all the bedrooms as well as a 60” HDTV in the living room, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, bikes, and beach toys…essentially everything you need to have a fabulous vacation.
Located east of the Intracoastal only few blocks from the beach (5-10 min walk). The closest beach entrance is a park with benches and showers as well as convenient car or bike parking if you don’t want to walk. The closest stretch of beach is very private, with some of the best snorkeling in Florida as the coral reef comes very close to the beach.
Just down the beach you will find the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea pier and the end of Commercial Blvd with its trendy cafes, shops and restaurants.
A couple blocks north there is the Sea Ranch Village Shopping Center with a Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS Pharmacy, etc.
