Summary: From checkin to checkout, It was an INCREDIBLE 9 days at The Boardwalk! The property is stunning (inside and out) - very well maintained and very safe and secure, as it is gated. To start, Genesis was incredible. She always had a smile on her face and was willing to help when needed. With that said, everyone who worked the front desk was excellent to work with. All around, we only encountered great people in all working areas of the property. Two things that are a MUST about this property is getting a massage at the spa and eating at Coco Cafe (the restaurant on property). My partner and I did the Self Love spa package and it was worth every penny plus some! Liliana and Paola were hands down one of the best massages we have ever had. Liliana did a relaxing massage and Paola did a deep tissue massage. Both were over the top amazing! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Coco Cafe were some of the best meals we had while in Aruba. The Manager, Coliene, was very nice and friendly to speak with. Marijn was our waitress a few times and was very attentive and had a great personality. Ruby was also another great worker in the restaurant. She had great energy and always ensured your area was clean, food was brought out quickly, and your water was refilled. Many props to the Chef - as every dish was beautifully presented and top notch across the board! We spent much of our time at the beach where the service we received on the beach by Ferry, Diego and Julen was unmatched.
