Upon entering the newly furnished Villa, you are greeted with the colors of the Caribbean in the fully air-conditioned, spacious, open floor plan living area that leads to a full wall of collapsing sliding doors creating a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. The kitchen and breakfast nook is fully equipped.
The living area has comfortable seating on 2 sofas’ (one of which is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests.) Enjoy the large Smart TV and the hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the Villa for work, or to connect to your favorite streaming service!
The main house boasts three bedrooms. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 share a hallway and bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 is equipped with a King Size bed, while guest Bedroom 2 is offered with 2 twin XL beds that can be converted to a King size at your request. The private, spacious Master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet, a private full bath with a comfortable King bed. All bedrooms offer independent air conditioning, smart TVs’, storage, upgraded bedding with cool gel memory foam mattresses, and ceiling fans.
As you walk thru the living area, you’ll encounter the jewel of the Bubali Breeze Villa: your own private tropical oasis with enough space to enjoy the outdoor life Aruba has to offer! You have a large, covered patio containing a natural wood dining table with ample seating. The property includes your own private saltwater plunge pool complete with a built-in contoured lounge seating, perfect for cooling off while sunning and relaxing. For those that prefer the shade, the enormous palapa has ceiling fans and lounge seating for at least 10 guests. Only steps away lies a detached apartment that offers open access to your own convenience, a full-size, kitchen/bar with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and a 2-burner gas stove!
Within the apartment, you will find the 4th Bedroom, complete with its own separate secured access, bright tropical décor, queen-size bed, storage, ceiling fan, and private full bath!
*The base nightly rate is for up to 6 guests. Guests 7-10 will be charged a fee of $15 per person, per night. For bookings of 6 guests or less, the detached apartment will be locked off.*
The Bubali Breeze Villa also provides a brand-new, full-size clothes washer and dryer. We provide clean, fresh linens, as well as bath & beach towels for your stay. You are also free to enjoy the complimentary provided beach chairs and a cooler while enjoying the amazing beaches of Aruba!
All starting toiletries and paper products are provided for your convenience, as well as locally produced Aruba Aloe bath products.
The Bubali Breeze Villa, named for the constant breeze that flows thru the property, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Bubali neighborhood of Noord. It is only minutes away from Eagle and Palm Beaches, and less than 1KM to Super Food (Aruba’s largest grocery store), and the famous Madame Janette’s Restaurant.
A rental vehicle is highly recommended. Our complimentary 5-Star Guest Concierge is available to you after booking to help you reserve a vehicle at the best price from one of our local vendors.
The garage will remain locked and is not accessible to guests during their stay.
Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.
Other than the automatic monthly discount, no more than 1 (one) discount may be applied to any booking. If you are booking an advertised "special rate or price" NO OTHER DISCOUNTS may be applied. These "special rates or prices" are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Some properties have discount codes that are specific to them. If a guest uses a code that is not valid for their booking, the discount will be automatically removed and the new total price will be calculated and applied.
