Positive: Exceptional levels of cleanliness and clearly a home that has been cared for and loved by the owners. The outside of the the property may be a little un-prepossessing but inside is a different story - the decor has been thoughtfully presented in a Cape Cod beach style throughout and is in exceptional condition, as if just decorated. Unlike many rentals where you are unsure where to obtain keys on arrival etc, we received detailed instructions in advance and always felt we could contact the owner if there were any issues. The house is about 5 mins drive from the beach and 10 mins drive from Hyannis centre, although if keen you can walk into Hyannis in about 20 mins. The neighbourhood is very well looked after with immaculate homes everywhere and we always felt very safe walking in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, crockery, pans etc, and there was a full cupboard of herbs, packets and jars left, I assume, by previous guests. Plus laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent etc. In addition there were beach towels, buckets and spades, beach chairs and a BBQ. Really can’t speak highly enough of the attention to detail and care taken with the presentation of the property.

Negative: Nothing I could fault - everything was exceptional.
