Positive: - Good value for the money. - Perfect location, near the beach and the supermarket. - Big apartment with plenty of space. - Quiet street with many parking spots. - Balcony.

Negative: - Not very well cleaned and maintained. Old furniture, loose fridge door, dirty floor, semi-clogged kitchen sink. - Terrible Wi-Fi. Very slow, kept disconnecting. - Unresponsive owner. We understood he would meet us at the property, and when we arrived we had to wait >1h for him to reply our messages, or pickup our calls, just to say he is not coming and then giving us the code of the key safe. This was very inconvenient for us. After the whole day traveling and with small children, you don't want to experience that. - Quirky set of appliances. There was Moka pot and French Press but not a single wooden spoon for cooking.

Summary: Good price and location, but that's it
