Cypress Woods is a private gated community that has immaculate grounds, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, pickle ball courts, clubhouse with a dining room and bar area as well as a fitness center. These facilities are within a short walk from our unit. All amenities are included in your rental. Rentals must be a minimum of 30 days. All amenities are included with your membership transfer.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with den overlooks the 18th fairway. The unit is located on the second floor with minimal steps and a 2 car garage. A total of 6 people can be accommodated.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and walks out to the lanai. The Master Bathroom has two sinks, soaking tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The den has a queen size sleep sofa with solid doors for privacy.
All bedrooms have tv's and there is a new smart TVs in the family room. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit.
For those that have work to do while visiting, we have a desk in the den for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you might need. You just need to provide the food. The breakfast nook seats 4 and has direct access to the lanai.
The family room is over sized with cathedral ceilings and plenty of seating. The formal dining room seats up to 8 people.
We are close to major retailers and Interstate 75. Minutes to the beach and shopping!
You may receive UPS and FedEx mail at the condo. USPS mail is NOT available.
