Summary: The room was comfortable, in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The staff issues were quantity (not enough) and quality (transactional responses, bordering on being irritated, definitely not hospitable). The hotel’s restaurant had a somewhat limited menu and the quality was average. The restaurant space was freezing with staff saying there is nothing they could do. They make people pay for drinking water. It would be nice, like many other hotels, if they’d offer complimentary water in the room, at least upon arrival.
