This house is located on the beach side of 12th St, one of the finest beach access streets with one of the most beautiful beach walkovers on the island. The Beach walkover is just 65 steps from the property.
The home features a classic screened front porch and unique rooftop deck with spiral stair access delivering stunning views of the beach, ocean and even Hilton Head Island. People walking down the street stare in awe at the deck’s construction and imagine the views. It was designed by a master deck builder and enhanced by a structural engineer. The huge 20x12 feet rooftop deck seats 12.
The entire house sleeps up to 16 people -- 12 in beds and 4 in sleeper-sofas. The upper levels have 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths. The family room offers a wonderful experience with a large, flat-screen TV and access to the front porch and kitchen. The first floor features refinished heart pine floors and classic white wormwood cedar walls. The front porch has seating for 6. You will love the home’s layout. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet and wireless internet as well. The upper 2 levels provide 1900 square feet.
The ground level features a large private bedroom A bathroom with shower is located in the and large family room area with a queen sleeper-sofa and extra seating. It is set up for spacious gathering. The ground level has its own separate heating and air system and provides an additional 800 square feet. There is not an indoor staircase that connects the ground level to the upper levels. An outdoor staircase connects them.
