The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home we hope guests treat our home like their own.
