* Parking: Driveway and garage are available for parking. Our driveway fits SUVs, but if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cars, you can park parallel in front of the house.
* Return items to their designated places before checkout.
* Consumables: Occasionally, leftover condiments or snacks from previous guests may be available. These items are provided at your discretion. We make sure they are fresh, but we are not responsible for any consumables.
* Do not rearrange the furniture.
* Events: If you wish to host an event (e.g wedding, graduation), please contact us first. We only allow celebrations inside the house.
* Unauthorized parties: If a party is held without permission, causing extra cleaning, you will be responsible for the charges. If noise or disruptions affect neighbors, you will be asked to leave immediately.
* Illegal drugs: If any illegal substances are suspected, authorities will be involved, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
* Respect the property: As this is a short-term rental, not a hotel, we ask that you treat our home with respect and leave it clean before departure.
