Thanks for checking out our space! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in Independence Mo, only 1 mile from the stadiums! Downtown is 10min away. The famous Gates BBQ is right around the corner. Worlds of Fun is only 15min. away. As of late September 2020 we did a full remodel to make the place Nice and crispy with new paint, floors, and decor!
(Please note this is an apartment with an upstairs tenant. It is our long term tenant who is very quiet, we’ve never had any complaints. Also the ceilings are a bit lower than normal in a couple spots. People over 6ft tall will notice, everyone else loves the cozy feel of it)
There is a ton of other food and entertainment nearby including movie theaters, Main Event (arcade, bowling, lasertag), CoolCrest (Arcade, mini golf, go carts), Coco Keys (Indoor Water Park)
As well as a multitude of other great places for entertainment/ dining.
