The property is around a 11-minute walk from Surfside Beach, 0.6 miles from Renaissance, and 1.6 miles from Druif Beach. The accommodation offers private check-in and check-out and organizing tours for guests.

Cancellation policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in window from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
At check in we will provide you the inventory and house rules
Check out window from 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
One day before checkout we will provide you checkout procedures
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Security, Damage & Cleaning deposit 60 Usd, this deposit will be given back to you at check out after inspection
We do cleaning, technical inspection and inventory control at check in and at check out
Guest will receive clean and organized room at check in
Guest need to leave room clean and organized at check out.
We do not accept passport as security deposit.
We do not accept checkouts later than 9:30 AM.
Guest need to inform 1 day in advance what time they will check out.
You are not allowed to leave your luggage on property.
In case of early arrivals, we may look after your luggage at a cost of only Usd 5
In case of late flights, we may look after your luggage and provide you a place to shower at a cost of Usd 10
