Summary: While the service at the hotel was wonderful, there are a couple things that could be improved. First, the balcony light. There is no way to turn it off and it is extremely bright. It appears there may have been a light switch, but it now has a solid outlet cover. Second, the pillows are awful. I can’t remember the last time I slept on such limoy pillows.
