High up on the twelfth floor, you have a spellbinding view of the curving coastline and sun sparkling off the turquoise water. You can see the wooden walkway leading from the silken white sands over the beach grass to the lush green garden of the South Seas. The circular heated pool looks like an oasis in the midst of thick clusters of palm trees. The pool deck is filled with sun loungers alongside tables and chairs shaded by tiki umbrellas.
A garden path winds through manicured hedges and colorful hibiscus and bougainvillea, past tree-shaded benches and picnic areas, until it reaches the tennis courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball alongside Clam Bay. The sprawling South Seas community is filled with numerous other deluxe amenities, including gas grills, a fitness center and social room filled with activities.
When you leave the balcony and go inside, the ocean view comes with you, thanks to the sliding glass doors along the rear of the unit.
