The home sits steps from the shoreline, where guests move seamlessly from pool deck to beach throughout the day. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking the bay. Please note that all outdoor amenities, including pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- The property has outdoor security cameras for safety and added peace of mind.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
