Positive: Location is great! It is clean. Helpful staff.

Negative: The reception is open from 8 am till 7.45 pm. If sth happens when the reception is closed you cant reach anyone!! Our cards to enter the building and to the apartment didn’t work twice. Luckily we realised this before they close and we were able to enter. But when I asked, what would have happened if this had happened after 7.45 pm, they couldn’t give an answer. It means you spend the night outside. They told us to open the gate trying to jump to the other side of the fence but even then it is impossible to enter to the apartment. And we didn’t have our cards close to our mobile phones. They told us that the cards don’t work if we would have them close to our mobile phones. They should have an emergency number that works 24/7. WiFi sometimes doesn’t work. You have to log in each time you open your laptops cover.
