Ocean Keyes is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This beautiful gated community is located 2 streets across from the ocean. This 4th floor unit has an elevator and also has a great view over-looking a beautiful lake with fountains. The property features 6 swimming pool courtyards with baby pools, whirlpools, game room and a fitness center. It's close to Main Street as well as Hwy 17. Public beach accesses and parking are every few blocks in North Myrtle Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach. This spacious 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath with a gorgeous view of the winding lake, and a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. Unit 3941 is very tastefully decorated and is located on the fourth floor with a fully equipped kitchen, DW, Washer & Dryer. Very tastefully decorated. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. Two parking passes allowed per condominium.
