- Concrete work to several exterior locations on the resort will begin on April 6th, 2022, until August 8th, 2022. During this time, the property will start at the north end and the north parking lot as that overflow parking area will be closed starting Sunday, April 3rd afternoon for 2 weeks until they complete the work. The area will have a temporary fence in front of it to prevent anyone from parking there. Additional areas of work include the north end entrance of the pool, and the main entry from the city sidewalk to the lobby entrance.
