Gentle slope to covered dock with power (owner's boat stays in slip but plenty of room on either side to tie up a boat). Gorgeous sunsets views ! Located off the main channel of the Seneca River area of the lake. 16 mile drive to Clemson or about a 12 minute boat ride. DOGS WELCOME FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE (No cats, owners are allergic)
