Summary: Rico & Eddie were my favorite people so nice accommodating and made my 76yo mother feel so good the entire staff are a complete blessing which makes the staff enjoyable. It’s some pros and cons. The all inclusive is not all inclusive which was disappointing. We had to pay additional for all drinks except water tea & coffee . Which is a huge rip off. Also the meals for all is the same restaurant chef did amazing job . We weren’t allowed no snacks inbetween. I don’t think they should offer all Inclusive online because it’s not. Very disappointing they did upgrade our room to two beds which was very nice. They are very strict with the WiFi which was also disappointing but then again Rico and Eddie are so nice and Rico has a huge personality. Everything is outside it’s very remote remote , great for older seniors . I would’ve liked more entertainment shows or activities. It’s a great resort it’s just not very transparent about the all inclusive and one restaurant. Again the food is amazing but the money I spent I expected more options and more variety with snacks inbetween. They are very nice staff I just wanted people to know what I didn’t . The owners should include everything with all inclusive. My mom had a wonderful birthday we Enjoyed our time . We wished for more sun , but we are grateful
