Summary: We were put in a room on the third floor, the room itself was clean and well presented, but the outside was in a state of disrepair. There was a panel hanging off the wall, lights not working and lots of walls that needed repair and painting. We reported the issue to be told they could move us the following day, but when we went to reception and spoke to Carlos, he said that this was not possible, only the manager could authorise it but, strangely they were not available!! The location is great, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, only one lift works and the building needs lots of maintenance
