Great downtown location with a short walk to everywhere with assigned offstreet parking. Recently remodeled 1830's house with modern amenities, smart tv, WiFi. Queen bed with kitchenette and washer and dryer.
The space
Parking for 1 large car ONLY. Any additional cars and any guests must find off-site parking.This is a very strict policy.
Clean hardwood floors throughout, with modern mini appliances and a clean and bright bathroom.
The apartment is a studio and not set up for multiple couples...
I have another unit in the same building and might be able to accommodate 4 total between both units. ..inquire for details and availability

All locks are code activated, so there are no keys to lose...
The entry door has motion sensor light as does driveway entrance to entry door.
We also have a motion sensor activated security camera installed on the EXTERIOR of the property, focusing on the driveway and parking area.
No parties tolerated. We live on property. Any misrepresentation of the number of guests will result in a report to and a $100.00 fine.
Other things to note
We do have window unit A/C, and all beds and linens are cleaned fresh after each guest leaves .(of course)
We also have a pack and play pen if you're traveling with little ones. ..
The apartment has recently undergone a renovation and is smaller than it was previously as mentioned in some earlier reviews..
