This Lanesville mid-century modern home is all about light, open space, and fantastic views from nearly every room, onto the Ipswich Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Wireless, fantastic surround sound throughout. Vaulted ceiling open concept kitchen- dining-living area with a deck for dining as well. Stunning sunset views. Gas fireplace, stone hearth, large comfy window seat, beautiful gardens.
Our fully stocked kitchen is designed for serious cooking and entertaining-- with two sinks, two ovens, high end appliances, bamboo cabinetry and a stainless steel/granite island. There is a beautiful kitchen nook, complete with a built-in desk that has a perfectly unobstructed view of the sea-- a great place to work remotely, if one must!
The dining area has sliding glass doors onto the deck for clear sea and sunset view dining and lounging with an open sea air feel.
The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, water views, a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tiled shower and sea view. On the same floor, there is a second office/bedroom with a built-in, spacious desk, bookshelves, and a very comfortable Murphy bed with a new full sized hybrid mattress. There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door.
