Summary: We had some great pool and beach servers, Jean Carlo, Smily and Brandon were fantastic and we visited them almost every day for our week on property. Despite being in an executive suite, the room unfortunately had some shortcomings with hair on the carpets and we found a pretty large bug. With a 7 month old on our trip we spent time on the floor playing. The hallways also needed a pretty good vacuum. Overall we had a good trip and the location, staff and amenities were good for our trip with a child.
