This community has 40 Cunucu style homes with a private pool and clubhouse only steps away. The owners in the neighborhood are from all over the world and take pride in their tropical landscape and Dutch influence.
The home has three bedrooms and sleeps six people comfortably. There are two great bathrooms with oversized showers for your day after the beach. The great room contains an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with cable TV and Hi-speed WIFI.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances including a gas stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with an ice maker. The coffee, blender, microwave appliances are state of the art. There is a patio in the back with a full laundry room for your use.
