Designed for your large group (family reunion, golf get-away, girls weekend) - These two 4 bed/4 bath Suites, will be opened by a a "pass through door" - transforming these elegant Suites into an 8 bed/8 bath ground floor, Grand Luxury Suite! You will be enjoy the newest resort in the Green Valley area of town. Close to all your favorite shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. You might have stayed in other condos nearby....but we promise, you've never experienced the BRAND NEW feel and look of this condo! We guarantee the best and the most enjoyable - these condos have been designed, organized and prepared by professionals. All furnishings are brand new, beautiful and comfortable. You have now found our newest "Home Away from Home". This condo provides enough seating for your whole group, no one will be left out. Our kitchen is fully loaded with new and major appliances, utensils, and everything else needed to whip up your favorite family meals. Each of the 6 bedrooms are Master bedrooms with King Beds - each with it's own, private en suite. Bedrooms 7 and 8 has 2 Full beds side-by-side. Each bedroom has a "Smart" TV as well as a large 60" flat screen in the living room. There is 1 bedroom which is a CASITA. With a private entrance to the room - you can find yourself completely secluded from the rest of the condo if desired, or if you need some personal space. Included with this condo is free and secure wireless wifi as well as Dish Network for all the TV’s. Bring along your favorite movies for the extra fun! We haven't mentioned the amazing resort amenities yet. Estancia is a wonderful family resort offering a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts & basketball court - this can be enjoyed by everyone of all ages. We cannot forget to mention that you are only minutes away from the adventure that lie in the beautiful mountains and red rocks of the Saint George mountain ranges! We have everything you need to make everyone in the group happy! Please Note: We know families are large & like to all be together...however, we do have a maximum of 24 who can stay in this unit. Due to fire/safety codes as well as liability, we are not allowed to over fill any of our rentals. If your family exceeds the maximum of 24 please know we do have 3 other condos within the same building as this Suite. We will be glad to accommodate you!
