This home really offers all you need for a great vacation.
The location is unbeatable, VERY close to the hotel strip, yet for an amazingly affordable rate! You will have much more space and privacy than staying at the crowded hotels, yet at a 5 minute walk/ 1 minute drive you will be able to enjoy the same surroundings as any guest staying at a luxurious hotel. Add in the mix that you have a kitchen to prepare some meals which will also save you a bundle, so you can spend your money on fun activities and renting a car to explore our amazing beaches.
This cozy and modern 3 bedroom home has plenty of space for 6 guests to enjoy privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. We supply towels and our bathrooms have hot water.
Our home has airconditioning everywhere and will be a welcome place to wind down after a long day exploring the island and visiting our beautiful beaches.
Our kitchen is a dream, it is decked out with all modern conveniences, coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, water kettle, air fryer and more!
Our cozy garden has a nice dining table and a charcoal BBQ and some lounge chairs.
Most importantly, our home is very clean and well kept. Our guest service is top notch, we manage 25 homes in the same area so our team is only a few minutes away to help you out if you have any questions or need help at the house.
Our home does NOT have a pool. But who needs a pool when the most beautiful beach of the world is only a 1 minute drive.
If you do want to use a pool FREE OF CHARGE, there is a clubhouse with pool, about a 4 minute drive! THE GOLD COAST CLUBHOUSE - beautiful views - palapas - lounge chairs - a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, amazing sunsets, or to enjoy your HAPPY HOURS!
Since the bar/restaurant at the clubhouse is public, the access to their pool is free.

NOTES:
The end-cleaning fee of USD 200 is not charged through VRBO but is cash on arrival. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the home before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave. We charge this fee seperately because your rental payment goes to the homeowner abroad, but because the cleaning gets done locally it is more efficient to have it paid out in Aruba.

However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
