★ PRIVATE CHEF - UPON REQUEST ★

We adore pets, but unfortunately, our home is not equipped to accommodate them under any circumstances due to our severe pet allergies. We live in this home between guest bookings, so having guests' pets in the house would pose a serious health hazard. Fee will begin at $500 if any evidence of any pets.

Please do not smoke inside the home. Evidence of smoking will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
