1st: I, the host, will be available throughout your stay. I may visit occasionally for light cleaning, gardening, or maintenance around the house. I speak german, spanish and english.
2nd: Due to Aruba’s natural environment, you might encounter various small animals, like lizards, throughout the island. While we maintain a clean space, some of the smallest creatures may find their way inside occasionally. Rest assured, they are harmless and shy around people.
3rd: These are our standard rules:
- Indoor and outdoor furniture must remain in its respective place at all times.
- Always put the keys back in the lockbox before your trips, to prevent loss or for the case that extraordinary maintenance needs to be done.
- Keep doors, windows and outside gates closed at all times.
- Please report any and every damage caused. That way we can count on Airbnb's insurance in case something happens at no cost to you.
- Smoking cigarettes indoors is not permitted, but vaping is allowed.
- Help us prevent damage to the air conditioning by not setting it to the lowest temperature.
- You must book the exact number of guests and specify the number of adults and children.
