5 bedroom and 2 bathroom with heated pool, hardwood floor, single - level 2,385 sq ft home, sits on a quiet neighborhood street. It is perfect florida lifestyle with a large screened lanai and pool, completely fenced yard. As you walk in, you will notice the separate dinning room and formal living room. The living room has a view of the pool and offers another entertaining space. Screened-in heated pool with two chaise lounge chairs with cushions, patio sectional sofa, 8 person outdoor dining table, smart TV, pool umbrella, pool towels and pool toys. There is a gas BBQ right next to a picnic table outside of the pool lanai. (Please don’t pick any fruit trees around the house)
Off to the left is the spacious owner’s suite with his and her closets and sliders to the pool. Master bath includes double sinks, separate shower and soaking tub. We have hair dryers for each bathroom including hair shampoos and conditioners. Pamper yourself with super soft bath towels set and pool towels for your whole family
The Kitchen is in the center of the home great for gathering the family with breakfast nook. The kitchen overlooks the family room and wood burning fireplace. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can find coffee maker, ninja blender, rice cooker, water boiler kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, cooking set, dishwasher, cutting board, wine opener, wine glasses, coffee mugs, manual can opener, dinnerware set, knife block set, silverware set, kitchen towels, napkins, plastic spoons, plastic forks, chopsticks and more. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer with laundry detergents. We also have an iron and ironing board with magic wrinkle remover spray if you needed
5 Bedroom offer 1 King size bed, 4 Queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed ( We also have 2 air mattresses with built - in pump 1 King and 1 Queen if you needed. There are two 65’’ Samsung TVs. One in master bedroom and one in the living room. Also a 55’’ Samsung TV outside the pool. We have some card games, deck card games, kids books and toys in the living room area
There is a garage that can fit one car, and a double-wide driveway that can fit two cars.
Street parking is OK during the day but please don't leave cars on the street overnight. No commercial cars or boat with trailers please
NO parties, events, weddings, pets, smoking or loud music are allowed at our property.
