Summary: Hotel is under major remodeling/construction. Our experience: Some food Items missing the first day are still missing on day 6 of our stay. Bathroom was poorly “cleaned” multiple days. Hot water completely stops mid shower a few days. It was Christmas week and Christmas Day but 2 days our beds weren’t even made. Had to go downstairs to get our own towels one evening. We love the Hampton and have never had an issue here before. I’m sure once the remodeling is done in March it will be back to being a great place to stay in Swansboro. It would have been proper for them to tell us when we booked (Hotels.com) that they were under construction.
