Huge chef’s kitchen with a wolf range. Two huge sub zero refrigerators. Wine refrigerator. Two dishwashers. Two sinks. Two living rooms. A kids room. Dining room. Finished basement. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Two primary bedrooms. One on the first floor. One on the second floor. A crib if you need. Additional Jennifer convertible sofa bed and mattresses. We have had 21 people sleep here comfortably. Outdoor deck off of the second floor. Kayak and paddle board. Fishing poles to fish in the bay. Seasonal views of the bay. The beach is a one block walk. 2 minutes and you are there. Private beach for the local residents. Calm with little waves. Great for kids. A dive dock to swim out to.
